Shipping

We ONLY ship to UK Addresses.

There is a £3.95 delivery charge PER ORDER not per item. It does not matter if you order one item or 10 items from us, the delivery charge is a flat fee. So feel free to take advantage of this.

This will automatically be added at the checkout.

Usually the items are posted to you the following day, but on occasions despatch is within 48 hours. Rest assured we will deliver the items to you as soon as humanly possible.

 

Discreet Packaging

All our products come in lovely designer boxes but we also wrap each box up in a plain box before shipping to you.

 

Order Availability

Occasionally, items are out of stock at the time of ordering. If we are out of stock on an item in your order, the rest of your order will be dispatched as normal and your missing item will be placed on back-order. You will be notified of this on the paperwork that will come with your order. As soon as the item is back in stock it will be dispatched to you.

 

Returns Policy

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name, order number and details of the product/s:
by email or
by logging into your account, viewing the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Goods must be returned within 28 days and must be in 'as new' condition.

Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the full cost of the item and delivery where applicable. We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when cancelling your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.

The customer is required to pay for delivery to us and we would ask that you package any returns carefully and also ask the post office for a proof of postage.

If we are notified after the 7 day statutory cooling off period then items returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement items unless faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons lingerie can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

Please make sure that you check you have picked the correct size before ordering. We stock european goods so we have put a UK size conversion beside every available size.

Not all the manufacturers are the same so be sure to pick your sizes carefully.

If when you recieve your items there are any faults with the goods then you may return the item to us. We have a very low refund rate as the items we sell are handpicked for their quality in both materials and craftsmanship. It is VERY UNUSUAL for there to be faults on our products but if you find any then please follow the instructions below.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.
